Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind once access has been provided.
However, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us, so we do offer a 7-day refund window for the following cases:

Technical issues – you did not receive access to your product after purchase.

Duplicate purchase – you were charged twice by mistake.

Product issue – the file or content was corrupted or not as described.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:

Changing your mind after purchase.

Downloading or using the product extensively and then requesting a refund.
- Discounted products – Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for refunds once access has been provided, unless there is a verified technical issue.
To request a refund, email info@rizqbydesign.com within 7 days of your order, including your order number and a short explanation. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
